Please note: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

As a small business operating through dropshipping, we do not keep inventory on hand. For this reason, we are unable to process returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

However, if you receive an item that is:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery at store@lacitasboutique.com with clear photos and your order number. We will review your claim and work with our supplier to provide a resolution such as a replacement or store credit if eligible.
